Gurugram-based zero-sugar beverage brand Sorry Sugar has raised $1 million in a seed funding round co-led by the Dhanuka family and Amishi London. Founded in 2024 by Deepak Pathak, Kunal Verma, Shashank Sherawat, and Saiyam Malik, the startup offers monk-fruit sweetened, zero-added-sugar drinks, including coffee-based flavors. Sorry Sugar plans to deploy the capital to expand its online and offline distribution across North India, bolster quick commerce channels, and launch new products such as gelatos. The company claims to have generated Rs 1 crore in its first month and is targeting Rs 60 crore ARR this fiscal year.
