B2B manufacturing unicorn Zetwerk’s ₹5,012.3 crore initial public offering was subscribed 27% on its second day of bidding. The IPO received bids for 4.95 crore shares against 18.51 crore shares on offer. Qualified institutional buyers and retail individual investors each booked 32% of their reserved allocations, while non-institutional investors subscribed to 13%. Zetwerk has set a price band of ₹143 to ₹151 per share, implying a valuation of ₹25,583 crore. Ahead of the issue, the company raised ₹2,251.2 crore from anchor investors, including Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and SBI Mutual Fund.
