B2B contract manufacturing unicorn Zetwerk saw its ₹5,012.3 crore initial public offering reach an 8% subscription on Day 1 by 14:00 IST. Investors bid for 1.50 crore shares out of 18.51 crore shares on offer, with Qualified Institutional Buyers booking 8% of their quota and retail investors subscribing 15%. The IPO, priced at ₹143–₹151 per share, values Zetwerk at ₹25,583 crore at the upper end. Ahead of the issue closing on October 19, the company raised ₹2,251.2 crore from anchor investors, including Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, ADIA, and SBI Mutual Fund.
