Zetwerk's upcoming initial public offering will feature an offer for sale worth approximately ₹2,182 crore across 14.45 crore shares. Early backers Kae Capital and Kalysta Capital are set to earn around 38.3X returns at the upper price band of ₹151 per share. Lightspeed Venture Partners is the largest selling external shareholder, offloading shares worth ₹426.9 crore for a 4.5X return. Peak XV Partners and Accel will clock roughly 9.3X and 19.3X returns respectively. Co-founders Amrit Acharya and Srinath Ramakkrushnan will each sell shares worth ₹214.9 crore.
