B2B manufacturing unicorn Zetwerk has made its stock market debut, shifting from a marketplace intermediary to a full-stack manufacturing and procurement platform. Founded in 2018 by Amrit Acharya, Srinath Ramakkrushnan, and Vishal Chaudhary, the company expanded its contract manufacturing footprint through strategic acquisitions following its $150 million fundraise from D1 Capital Partners in 2021. For FY26, Zetwerk reported a 40.4% surge in revenue from operations to ₹15,913 crore, up from ₹11,331 crore in FY25. However, net losses widened to ₹1,606 crore, driven by exceptional charges and impairments from discontinued civil infrastructure operations.
