Zoho Launches Restaurant POS Platform With Free Tier For Small Businesses

SaaS major Zoho has officially launched Zoho POS for Restaurants in India, targeting food businesses ranging from quick-service outlets and cafes to multi-chain dining brands. The cloud-based software consolidates billing, digital QR menus, inventory tracking, kitchen order tickets, and third-party food delivery aggregators like Swiggy and Zomato into a single interface. Zoho is offering the platform free of charge to establishments generating up to ₹12 lakh in annual billing. Featuring offline billing capabilities across Windows and Android devices, the software integrates directly with Zoho Books, onboarded Kolkata-based Asha Sweets as its inaugural enterprise customer.
